White House Unveils New Security Strategy Saying US Not Seeking Conflict or New Cold War

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) - The United States does not seek conflict or new cold war and wants to avoid situation in which competition escalates into world of rigid blocs, the White House said on Wednesday as it unveiled its new national security strategy.
