Western Countries Encourage Ukraine to Make Threats, Take Reckless Approach - Nebenzia

UNITED NATIONS (Sputnik) - Western countries are encouraging Ukrainian reckless behavior and threatening approach, the Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vassily Nebenzia said at a Security Council meeting.
