‘Voluntary Evacuation’ Starting in Ukraine-Controlled Kherson - Deputy Prime Minister

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk has announced the start of a "voluntary evacuation" of residents of the Kiev-controlled parts of the Kherson Region.
