MEXICO CITY (Sputnik) - Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, at a meeting with Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) Secretary General Haitham Al Ghais in Caracas, urged OPEC+ to seek to establish a "fair" oil price at $100 per barrel.
