US Treasury: No Price Cap for Russian Crude 'Substantially Transformed' Outside of Russia

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) - The price cap to be imposed on Russian oil will not be applied to crude that is "significantly transformed" outside of Russia, the US Treasury Department announced.
