US Not Seeking Permanent Basing for Its Military in Philippines, Washington Says

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The United States is not seeking any permanent basing for its military in the Philippines, but prefers rotation, US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin said on Thursday.
