US Estimates 6,600 American Citizens Resided in Ukraine in October - State Dept.

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) - The Biden administration estimates that there were some 16,000 US citizens in Ukraine as of October, including approximately 6,600 US citizens living there permanently, State Department spokesperson Ned Price said.
