US Envoy to UN Claims Russia Has Already ‘Invaded Parts of Eastern Europe’

US officials and media have spent months claiming that Russia is getting ready to attack Ukraine, even setting a hard date of 16 February and then pushing it forward to 20 February after nothing happened.
