UN Nuclear Chief Briefs EU Ministers on Ukrainian Plant

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Rafael Grossi, head of the United Nations' nuclear watchdog IAEA, came to Brussels on Monday to brief EU foreign ministers on the nuclear security in conflict-torn Ukraine.
