UKRAINIAN leader Volodymyr Zelensky remained defiant as he swore Ukraine would “never surrender” to Russia during his address to US Congress, which ended with a standing ovation. Zelensky gave an impassioned speech, telling representatives: “Your money is not charity. It’s an investment in the global security and democracy that we handle in the most responsible way.” He also warned that Russia has a significant military advantage with more missiles, planes, and weapons. This comes as Ukrainian military sources reported Putin’s army has suffered 100,000 losses since its brutal invasion began in February. The British Ministry of Defence described the Kremlin’s military as “overstretched” today, as it revealed Putin had been relying on Belarus to train his troops.
