VLADIMIR Putin was issued a fierce nuclear warning by an EU official on Thursday after being told that “Nato are not bluffing” and the tyrant’s forces risk being “annihilated”. At the opening of the Diplomacy Academy in Brussels, the EU foreign policy chief, Josep Borrell warned Vladimir Putin that his Russian forces would be “annihilated” if he was to use nuclear weapons against Ukraine, AFP reports. Borrell said:” Putin is saying he is not bluffing.
