Ukraine Not Fulfilling Obligations Under Mine Ban Treaty

GENEVA (Sputnik) - Ukraine and Greece still do not fulfill their obligations under the Anti-Personnel Mine Ban Convention (also known as the Ottawa Treaty), the state parties said in an interim report on Friday.
