RUSSIAN ROOKIE soldiers are finding themselves terrified of life within their own army. Following the latest news that Vladimir Putin has mobilised the Russian army, many fresh recruits are finding themselves victims of hazing, called “dedovshchina”, which involves rape, torture and theft. Many soldiers are being forced to work as prostitutes, according to some reports. It has caused many soldiers to kill themselves.
