RUSSIA’S bloodthirsty dictator sent a chilling warning to the United States as he met with China’s Xi Jinping yesterday. Putin met with the Chinese leader at the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation summit in Uzbekistan, their first meeting since his brutal invasion of Ukraine began.
