VLADIMIR Putin has hailed Darya Dugina as “courageous and selfless” after the Russian journalist was killed in a car bomb incident. Darya Dugina was a Russian war reporter and child of an ultra-nationalist Alexander Dugin, according to Reuters. She was killed in a car bombing on Saturday, announced Russian invetigators. Her father said she was savagely killed right in front of his own eyes, Reuters reported. Putin seethed at the “evil” killing, blaming the Ukrainian Azov fighters for her murder. He branded the Azov as terrorists, with Ukrainian officials hitting back at the “propaganda.” After her death, Darya has been awarded a posthumous Order of Courage, the Kremin said it was “for courage and selflessness shown in the performance of professional duty.” It comes as Putin’s troops have told workers at Europe’s biggest nuclear plant to “take holiday” – sparking fears of a nuke disaster. And taking to Twitter, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence (MoD) announced that a further 300 Russian personnel had been killed taking the total to 45,200.
