Ukraine news LIVE: Sickly Vladimir Putin twitches AGAIN whilst making wild claims about Russian losses during war

VLADIMIR Putin has been caught twitching once again in fresh footage whilst making wildly inaccurate claims about Russian losses during the Ukraine invasion. During the Eastern Economics Forum in Vladivostok on Wednesday Putin was filmed uncontrollably twitching during his speech. This has added fresh fuel to the fire surrounding Putin’s health as he has been involved in multiple health rumours in recent months and has regularly appeared twitching and unsteady while in public. The tyrant also claimed that Russia “has not lost anything” since starting their invasion of Ukraine. He said: “Russia has resisted the economic, financial and technological aggression of the West. “I’m sure that we haven’t lost anything and we won’t lose anything. “The most important gain is the strengthening of our sovereignty, it’s an inevitable result of what’s going one.” This statement contradicts both Ukrainian and British estimates of Russian losses.
