Ukraine news LIVE: Putin’s actions in Ukraine ‘clearly include war crimes’ following mass grave discovery in Kharkiv

SPEAKING in London today, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau accused Russia of “clearly” committing “war crimes” in Ukraine. These comments come just days after around 450 graves were found near Izyum in Kharkiv, following Ukraine’s decisive counteroffensive in the region. Those found are believed to be victims of Vladimir Putin’s bloodthirsty invasion of Ukraine. According to Reuters, speaking prior to attending Her Majesty’s State Funeral, Trudeau said: “Obviously the UK and Canada have been two of the strongest countries in standing up in support of Ukraine and pushing back against Russia’s illegal actions.” He added that Putin’s tactics in Ukraine “increasingly, clearly include war crimes, include absolutely unacceptable crimes, whether we think of what we found in Bucha or the discovery of mass graves in the reclaimed territories by Ukraine.” Read our Ukraine-Russia blog below for the latest updates…
