RUSSIA has unleashed a missile barrage across Ukraine killing 10 people and knocking out 70% of the capital’s power. Vladimir Putin’s forces launched 70 missiles in total yesterday, devastating hospitals, schools and residential areas and leaving millions without power in the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv. Speaking to the UN security council yesterday, president Zelensky said: “Today is just one day, but we have received 70 missiles. That’s the Russian formula of terror. “This is all against our energy infrastructure.
