UKRAINE’S President Zelensky has vowed that he won’t enter any negotiations with Russia if President Putin is in power. President Zelensky insisted there was no prospect of constructive talks with President Putin, as Ukraine’s impressive counteroffensive continued to make huge breakthroughs after destroying 31 Russian tanks aboard a train in transit. Zelensky went as far as to sign a decree making any reconciliation with his neighbour completely “impossible” as he refused to enter any peace talks with Russia so long as Putin is still leader. Ukraine has reclaimed 4,000 square miles of land in its counteroffensive against the Russian invasion, refusing to let “sham” referendums dictate where Ukrainian borders lie.
