Ukraine news latest: Vladimir Putin warns nuclear threat is ‘growing’ despite claiming Russia has not ‘gone mad’

VLADIMIR Putin has claimed that the nuclear threat is “growing” whilst making an appearance at Russia’s annual human rights council meeting. Whilst speaking about the prospect of a nuclear war, Putin warned that the “threat is growing, it would be wrong to hide it.” The tyrant went on to claim that Russia had “not gone mad” despite having illegally invaded Ukraine.
