Ukraine news LATEST: Vladimir Putin slams West for ‘FUELLING’ war & ‘destabilising markets’ in mad televised rant

VLADIMIR Putin will make an annual speech shortly where he is expected to outline his intentions regarding the war. The address will take place at a meeting of the Valdai Discussion Club and Putin is expected to answer many questions from the public. It comes as the tyrant’s generals have been accused of “sending soldiers to their deaths” amid heavy losses. Ukraine‘s President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Russian generals were “driving its own soldiers to their deaths” in the Donbas region due to the “craziness” of the Russian command.
