THOUSANDS have been left without power in Ukraine after Putin launched a brutal shelling campaign today. Residents in the Ukrainian city of Kherson have been left without electricity according to the head of the regional military administration for the region. Yaroslav Yanushevich has stated that the region does not have working electricity due to Russian shelling that killed two people this morning.
