VLADIMIR Putin dished out more propaganda lies to Russian school children claiming that “Ukraine and Russia were part of a united country.” In the new footage the deranged tyrant can be seen shaking and twitching whilst delivering a speech to children. Vladimir Putin has sparking fresh health concerns as he was unable to keep still. Putin told the kids that the Russian education minister had revealed to him that children in the Russian-occupied Donbas “didn’t even know that Ukraine and Russia were part of a united country.” Putin was in Kaliningrad, which is a city that sits on the Baltic Sea and is sandwiched between Poland to the south and Lithuania to the north and east.
