But the defiant leader said Vladimir Putin’s new offensive was to send thousands of Russian soldiers to their deaths Speaking of an anticipated new Russian offensive, he told Sky News: “We see their attacks are stronger there may be a couple of surges. The east is losing a lot of people. They don’t care about that.
