Ukraine news latest: Putin suffers devastating blow as four attack helicopters shot down in just 18 minutes, Kyiv claims

VLADIMIR Putin has suffered fresh humiliation today after Ukrainian forces shot down four ka-52 attack helicopters within just 18 minutes, Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence have claimed. Taking to Twitter Ukraine’s Ministry released a picture of four helicopters with the caption: “Today, in just 18 minutes, service members of #UAarmy shot down 4 russian helicopters that were spoiling beautiful autumn skies in the south of Ukraine. No place for Alligators here.” It comes as Europe faces “no peace while Putin is in power” an ex-Nato chief has warned following the tyrant’s brutal missile attacks in Ukraine. General Sir Richard Shirreff urged the West to keep up the pressure on Vladimir Putin but warned the danger has by no means gone away.
