RUSSIAN dictator Vladimir Putin has claimed his country is “once again under threat” from German tanks as he remembered World War Two. Speaking at an event to commemorate the Soviet victory over Nazi forces in Stalingrad, the bloodthirsty dictator slammed Germany’s decision to provide Ukraine with tank support. Putin said: “It’s unbelievable but true. This comes as Ukraine’s western allies commit to sending swathes of tank support to the under-siege nation, with Britain dedicating an entire squadron of Challenger 2 tanks.
