Ukrainian presidential adviser Mikhail Podolyak took to Twitter today and wrote: “Russia has already lost — mobilization only delays its defeat.” This comes as The British Ministry of Defence (MoD) claims Vladimir Putin’s brutal invasion is unlikely to make any significant progress in the coming months, due to a “lack” of manpower. The MoD said: “Russia’s strategy is currently unlikely to achieve its objectives: it is highly unlikely that the Russian military is currently able to generate an effective striking force capable of retaking these areas.” “Russian ground forces are unlikely to make operationally significant advances within the next several month,” it added.
