UKRAINE has restored power to millions overnight following Russia’s latest wave of bloodthirsty strikes, but the country is facing “big problems” with its water supply. Vladimir Putin‘s latest strikes, which hit a number of cities in Ukraine, left thousands without “power, water and heating” according to Kharkiv’s mayor, Ihor Terekhov. While most regions have had their power restored, President Zelensky confirmed on Saturday evening “big problems with the supply of water exist” in regions across Ukraine, adding Kyiv, Lviv and Vinnytsia face “the most difficult situation.” Following this latest wave of brutal missile strikes, Ukraine’s steadfast president called on the west to provide the country with further air support. “Find an opportunity to give Ukraine reliable protection of the sky, a reliable air defence shield. You can do it,” Mr Zelensky said. “When this happens, the main form of Russian terror – missile terror – will become simply impossible.”  Read our Ukraine-Russia live blog below for the latest news…
