VLADIMIR Putin faces “another strategic failure” as his troops retreat from a key Ukrainian city, the UK’s Defence Minister claims. Ben Wallace, the UK’s Minister for Defence has said Putin’s withdrawal from Kherson “marks another strategic failure for them.” He added that the “Russian Army has suffered a huge loss of life” as Ukraine claims the enemy have lost over 80,000 soldiers since the start of the war. The Defence Minister for the UK said: “Russia’s announced withdrawal from Kherson marks another strategic failure for them.
