VLADIMIR Putin is “considering a high risk” move that will involve the introduction of advanced Russian T-14 super tanks, the UK’s Ministry of Defence has claimed. The Russian tyrant could be set to “deploy a small number of its new T-14 Armata main battle tanks in Ukraine” after pictures were taken of the vehicles on a trianing area in southern Russia. The Ministry of Defence said: “Russia media outlets claimed T-14s were being prepared for deployment. However, it is unclear whether Russia has yet moved the type into Ukraine. “Any T-14 deployment is likely to be a high-risk decision for Russia. Eleven years in development, the programme has been dogged with delays, reduction in planned fleet size, and reports of manufacturing problems.” Putin’s upgraded machines are equipped with an anti-drone protection system, advanced sensors and onboard drones.
