VLADIMIR Putin has signed a decree calling up another 147,000 soldiers for statutory military service. Russia will seek to recruit hundreds of thousands of 18-to-27-year-olds to join the Russian Armed Forces from April 1 to April 15. The tyrant has demanded 22.5 per cent more conscripts than last autumn. It comes as Putin’s ally Alexander Lukashenko issued a harrowing warning to the West saying that the Russian tyrant will spark a nuclear World War 3 if he faces defeat in Ukraine. In a ranting speech, Lukashenko called for an immediate, unconditional ceasefire in Ukraine, cautioning that Russia would be forced to use “the most terrible weapon” if it felt threatened.
