Ukraine news latest — Madman Putin VOWS to ‘systematically’ press on with bloody war during chilling propaganda speech

VLADIMIR Putin is giving an update on his so-called “special military operation” in Ukraine. The Russian president began his state of the nation address today ahead of the first anniversary of Moscow’s war in Ukraine. In his speech. he accused the Kyiv “regime” of providing artillery and other weapons to attack the Donbas back in 2014 and 2015 and they “continued shelling terror”.  He added: “They started the war and we used force to stop it.” He also added that “poverty” has grown and that the west have turned Ukrainians into “cannon fodder” with Ukraine’s land now a training ground for the west.
