VLADIMIR Putin’s forces have unleashed multiple missile strikes this morning hitting Kharkiv and Kyiv. Kharkiv’s regional governor, Oleg Synehubov said two S-300 missiles struck the city near the Russian border hitting critical energy infrastructure. In Kyiv, the mayor claimed debris of a missile came down on a non-residential area causing a fire. It comes as fears have grown after it was revealed that 10 Russian vessels have left a Black Sea base. The UK’s Ministry of Defence claimed vessels of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet left the Novorossiysk Naval Facility, however it is believed that the “dispersal” was in response to a “specific threat”.
