Ukraine news latest: ‘Hundreds’ of Russian troops killed in Donetsk strike as defiant Zelensky slams ‘pathetic’ Putin

OVER 400 Russian troops were reportedly killed in an attack on a complex in Makiivka, Donetsk. Kremlin-backed officials confirmed the attack had struck a complex in the Russian-occupied region of Donetsk, Ukraine. While not claiming responsibility for the strike, the Ukrainian military reported over 400 of Putin’s invading soldiers were killed. This comes as President Zelensky slammed Putin’s “pathetic” attempts to destroy Ukrainian morale in his nightly address. He said: “Russian terrorists were pathetic, and they entered this year staying the same…They are afraid. You can feel it. And they are right to be afraid.
