VLADIMIR Putin has seemingly admitted to Russia facing heavy losses, as Ukraine continues to regain more annexed territory. Speaking to a group of Russian teachers in a televised call, the bloodthirsty dictator said he hopes the situation in Ukraine’s annexed territories will “stabilise” in the coming weeks. This comes as Zelensky’s troops continue to claw back more and more of their land from Russia’s brutal annexation. According to the British Ministry of Defence, the Ukrainian military began a new offensive operation in Kherson Oblast on 2 October 2022.
