VLADIMIR Putin has committed “merciless attacks” across Ukraine including the shelling of Kyiv in revenge for the Crimea bridge bomb. Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky has sent a fierce warning to Russia after Vladimir Putin’s forces shelled the capital Kyiv overnight. And this morning, the hero leader addressed the savage attack in the capital, writing: “There are missiles hitting. Unfortunately, there are dead and wounded. “Please do not leave shelters.
