VLADIMIR Putin appears to have lost control of his officials as a Russian-appointed official of Kherson has suggested that the Russian Defence minister “should shoot himself” following failures in the war. A Kherson official that was given their position by Russia has made a rare outburst suggesting that Putin’s Defence Minister “should shoot himself” following Ukraine’s successful counteroffensive, which has seen forces recapture of multiple areas.. During Kirill Stremousov’s four minute video he claims that the “generals and ministers” in Moscow are failing to understand the problems on the front line.
