Ukraine news latest — China ‘considering lethal support’ to Russia as Putin slammed for ‘crimes against humanity’

THE US has claimed that China is considering providing “lethal support” to Russia in a move that “would have serious consequences”. In an interview to be aired on NBC News, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said: “There are various kinds of lethal assistance that they are at least contemplating providing, to include weapons.” It comes as Vladimir Putin’s forces have been slammed by the US government as they “formally determined” that Russian forces had committed “crimes against humanity”. Speaking at the Munich Security Conference, US Vice-President Kamala Harris accused Russian forces of carrying out “gruesome acts of murder, torture, rape and deportation”.
