PRESIDENT Joe Biden slammed Russian dictator Vladimir Putin in a defiant speech this afternoon. Speaking in Warsaw, Poland, just a day after his visit to Ukraine, Biden accused the Kremlin of “crimes against humanity” and using “rape as a weapon of war.” The US head of state added that Nato will continue to defend Article 5, as he said: “An attack against one of us is an attack against all of us.” Biden hailed the “heroes of Ukraine” and said the West will never allow Putin’s “abhorrent” forces to win.
