PRESIDENT BIDEN believes that the International Criminal Court’s (ICC) arrest warrent for Vladimir Putin is “justified” and “it makes a very strong point.” However, he also pointed out how the Court doesn’t affect the US as it is not an affiliating country, nor is Russia, so the Putin can’t be arrested while in Moscow. However, if he travels to an ICC member country and the government chooses to cooperate, efforts to arrest Putin can be made and he will be taken to court at The Hague in The Netherlands.
