MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The UK government will need to tighten fiscal policy and cut spending by more than 60 billion pounds ($66 billion) to stabilize public debt after announcing massive tax cuts, the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS) said on Tuesday.
