Two people stabbed to death in Brit holiday hotspot as suspect is gunned down by cops

POLICE have shot a man suspected of stabbing two people to death at an Ismaili Muslim centre in Lisbon. Portugal’s Prime Minister Antonio Costa told reporters it was a criminal act and that two lives had been lost in the incident Tuesday. The attacked happened at the Ismaili Muslim centre in Lisbon The suspect is hospitalised, Costa said. Police made no immediate comment but said they would provide more information later Tuesday. Costa said everything indicates that it was “an isolated act”, adding it was “premature” to make any interpretation about the crime.
