TWO British sisters have been killed in a shooting in the West Bank as tensions mount. The women were sisters – one aged 15 and the other in her 20s, according to local media. APThe two women were shot dead[/caption] Their mum was also seriously wounded when their car was attacked close to the Hamra settlement, about 30 miles north of Jerusalem. It is believed the family had moved to Israel in 2005, Sky reports. It comes after Israeli airstrikes on Lebanon and the Gaza Strip. The military said the strikes were in retaliation for the biggest rocket attack from southern Lebanon in what analysts described as the most serious cross-border violence since Israel’s 2006 war with Lebanons Hezbollah militants.
