ANKARA (Sputnik) - Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on December 26 will discuss with the cabinet an issue of establishing a gas hub proposed by Russian President Vladimir Putin, a diplomatic source in Ankara told Sputnik on Sunday.
