Suspension of Mali, Burkina Faso, Guinea From African Union to Be Reviewed, Council Says

The African Union (AU) is currently holding the 36th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, albeit without four permanent members - Sudan, Mali, Burkina Faso, and Guinea, - whose participation in the organization was halted due to military coups over the past few years.
