Stolen Afghan Assets Can Now be Used In Other Conflicts, Says UN Envoy

UNITED NATIONS (Sputnik) - Stolen Afghan assets can now be used in different conflict areas, the Russian Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN Anna Evstigneeva said on Wednesday.
