State Duma OKs Draft Appeal to Foreign Parliaments to Respect Biological Arms Convention

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The Russian lower house on Thursday adopted a draft appeal to the parliaments of foreign countries on the need to strengthen the implementation of the Biological Weapons Convention.
