Air raid warnings were in effect shortly after midnight in the Ukrainian regions of Odessa, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Chernihiv, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, Kharkiv, as well as the Ukraine-controlled part of Zaporozhye Region, the Kiev Region and the capital city itself.
