Second Russia-Africa Parliamentary Conference Kicks Off in Moscow Ahead of July Summit

On 19 and 20 March, Moscow is hosting the second International Parliamentary Conference ahead of the second Russia-Africa summit due to take place in Saint Petersburg in July 2023. The event is expected to be attended by African and Russian MPs and experts and politicians from all around to discuss crucial issues facing the modern world.
