Russian Parliament to Amend Criminal Code to Toughen Punishment for Terrorism

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Russian lawmakers will propose amendments to the Criminal Code toughening punishments for terrorism, including an expansion of the list of crimes carrying life sentences, the Duma Security Committee said Monday.
